Content Upload and Public Display

During registration, you acknowledge and agree that any content you upload (including photos, videos, profile information, and other materials) may be publicly displayed within the app to other members
The upload process includes a mandatory confirmation checkbox that reiterates this consent, ensuring you understand and acknowledge that your photos and videos will be visible to other members within the platform
By checking the confirmation checkbox and proceeding with any upload, you confirm that you own the content and that all persons depicted in the content have provided their explicit consent for public display and distribution on our platform
You understand that uploaded content will be visible to other users based on the matching and discovery features of the Service, and may be shared within the platform to facilitate connections between members

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the removal of your content and potential termination of your account. Spotier Online Services SRL reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms without prior notice.

Payment Terms

Our Service offers both free and premium features. Premium features require payment as described in our pricing information.

All payments are processed securely through third-party providers
Subscription fees are billed in advance
You can cancel your subscription at any time
